We at RSTOFF are committed to minimizing waste and overproduction through our made-to-order model. This means we create garments specifically for your order, ensuring a perfect fit and reducing excess inventory.

Due to this made-to-order nature, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom-made outfits.

However, we understand that occasional alterations might be necessary. We are happy to assist with alterations to ensure a perfect fit. Please note that the customer will be responsible for covering any courier charges associated with returning the garment for alterations.

For concerns regarding quality or sizing, please contact our team within 5 days of receiving your order at teamrajni08@gmail.com. We will work diligently to address any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
